Terms of Service

Expert Power Washing LLC provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to: pressure washing, soft washing, house siding cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio restoration, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, brick paver cleaning, garage cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning.

All services are subject to availability and are provided within our service area of Macomb County and surrounding Southeast Michigan communities. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from the information provided (e.g., greater surface area, excessive buildup, or access limitations). We will communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work.

Quote estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of a date and time. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For larger commercial jobs, we may require a deposit prior to commencement of work.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The customer is responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in collecting past-due amounts.

To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and surfaces to be cleaned
• Close all windows, doors, and vents prior to service
• Remove vehicles, furniture, and valuables from work areas when requested
• Ensure access to water supply (outdoor spigot) and adequate workspace
• Notify us of any known fragile, damaged, or treated surfaces before work begins
• Keep children and pets away from work areas during service
• Ensure appropriate permissions are obtained if the property is rented or managed

We take pride in our work and stand behind it. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the original service.

We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, discoloration, or damage that pre-existed before our service or that is caused by underlying structural or material issues beyond the reach of exterior cleaning.

We carry liability insurance for our operations. However, Expert Power Washing LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, paint, seals, or materials
• Damage resulting from improper preparation by the customer (e.g., open windows)
• Normal wear and tear revealed or exposed during cleaning
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Damage caused by defective or substandard construction materials

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

By scheduling a service, you represent that you are the property owner or have authority to authorize service on the property. You grant Expert Power Washing LLC permission to access the property for the purpose of performing the requested services.

We may photograph completed work for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media. Photos will not include personally identifiable information such as street addresses or faces. If you prefer that we not photograph your property, please notify us before service begins.

The content on expert-power-washing.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Expert Power Washing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website at any time without notice.

Our services may be listed or advertised on third-party platforms including Thumbtack, Angi, Google Local Services, and others. Interactions initiated through those platforms are subject to both these Terms and the terms of the respective platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
